Couple of months ago I asked you if autophagy would help the fibroids in my uterus and you replied: "your body is a miracle". My gynaecologist had been controlling them every 3 months since 2021 and they were growing so I started fasting for at least 19 hours since September (with healthy keto+exercise+life style) well just back from my gynaecologist few weeks ago and I forgot to tell you not only one cystic and one fibroid disappeared completely, but the other two fibroids are shrinking yay my gynaecologist tried to pretend she wasn't shocked, but I could tell she was very confused haha next control is in 6 months and not in 3 anymore thanks to you❣ God bless you Dr Mindy, cheers from Berlin Germany

Sleep tip for those who struggle like I did, for years. I’d have issues drifting off and waking throughout the night. I pushed bedtime back from around 10-11pm to 8pm. Shockingly, I fall asleep very quickly now without trouble and wake at around 5-5:30 everyday without an alarm clock. I hope this helps someone. 🙏 Give it a try!

I am going into my first 3 day fast tomorrow at 2pm. I feel ready and very excited about this journey.
I have done a couple of 20 hour fasts, one 40 hour fast, and intermittent fasting since beginning of April.
I am very curuous to see how I'll feel during this trip. I will keep you updated on this journey and am posting this here to keep myself accountable

Hi Dr. Mindy I’d like the link thank you! I started my fasting lifestyle 2 years ago best decision. Recently I went for a physical and they found my cholesterol was a little high, going in 6 weeks to recheck. My doctor said I should stop fasting 😮

When u say limit your protein intake to less than 20 gms when breaking your fast, do you mean for that first meal, or do you mean for the rest of that feeding window? So many other fasting experts recommend breaking the fast with higher protein, for improved muscle building. Now I’m confused….

Hi Dr. Mindy, I am 61 years old. I am not "overweight" 5'4" 132. I have weighed 125lbs for 30+ years. but I have gained 8-10 lbs. in the last year and I can't seem to get it off. I am acitve, but I don't seem to have the energy I used to have to keep up with my exercise routine and I get bad muscle fatigue when I try to do any HITT workouts. Any suggestions?
