This page saved my life. To girls who have chronic fatigue and insulin resistance: let me tell you myo and d cyro inositol has changed my LIFE. Ive had a problem with hair loss ever since I was 12 and let me tell you multivitamins and inositol have DONE what they are supposed to! Not everything is going to work for everyone. Stop hating on a woman that is litteraly just trying to help

I don’t have PCOS but i try to follow these tips anyway for my health ! My snack of choice between lunch and dinner has been cottage cheese and a Clementine and i love it. Filling, savory, sweet, it’s great!

Why ovasitol? I’ve been researching and researching… it starts with the egg said not to do chiro inositol… just myo.. even the book you suggest PCOS sos recommends just myo inositol. Why are there so many conflicting things? Ugh!

Hey! So I have been take ovasitol for months now twice a day as recommended and I just haven’t been noticing a difference and my periods are still mia. 😢 I see so many women saying it’s been helpful for them so idk what I’m missing. I’m also gluten and dairy free for 2 months so far and I have over 30 grams of protein at breakfast without carbs. All these changes are tough to not see any results. My fatigue is also still bad and I try to do the slow weighted workouts but I can’t seem to do it more than twice a week. The exhaustion is real.

I have bought ovasitol and started to take it. I was taking 4000 mg of Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol(generic brand from amazon but my appetite was crunched).But ever since I started taking ovasitol, my hunger and appetite has increased a lot. Anyone has same experienced as mine?

Im having pcos and im 30 but my sugar is 80 only. U know why? Because i run, workout in the morning. That keep my sugar and periods in check. Btw point she has wrote here is also very helpful
