Minimize Carbs, stay away from products with high “added sugar”, sugar free products are worse, intermittent fasting, and exercise. It helped me get away from that once “pre-diabetic” phase. Health is Wealth Folks! ✌🏽

My only symptom of prediabetes was mild PCOS but I reversed it with diet and excessive, and metformin. Its definitely curable. I reacted so well to metformin

Better to prevent before you have Insulin Resistance; ideally at an early age, but anytime is right.
Damage to the whole body starts surprisingly early with IR and Metabolic Syndrome…. not just weight gain.
There are thin people out there with Type 2 Diabetes as well. (Called TOFI)

I lost 20 pounds in a month and a few days. To break my fast, I am going to have three hard-boiled eggs, bacon, avocado, grapefruit, walnuts, kimchi and pickled ginger. Amen

My dad got diabetes and I saw the changes he made to his diet. Probably saved me from diabetes.

Everything I am seeing makes it seem like it is 100% harder to treat/reverse the damage the worse you let the condition get.

PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ABOUT THE DIFFETENCE BETWEEN TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 DIABETES. and the different goods that cause insulin resistance. As a type 1 diabetic different foods do different things to peoples blood sugars and it's very complex. Not as simple as what most doctors make it. But I totally agree with him it's best to start to get diabetes under control during the resistance phase. You can also have resistance depending on what you're eating too and how much insulin you have in your system. Just find what works best for you to control your diabetes whatever type and always get a second opinion or look at options you wouldn't normally think of too

What's the extra support part? I exercise, eat moderate protein/fat with low carb, use my c pap; but still have the belly and skin tags.

What about 'the three polys': polyurea, polydipsia, polyphagia? If pre-diabetes becomes diabetes, and diabetes is untreated, you're at risk of strokes and more.

Take Berberine and cinnamon tablets with each meal. Works like Metformin lowering blood sugar naturally.

Does Apple cider vinegar help to reverse it?

I’ve had this since very early on in childhood. It recently got worse and suddenly started getting skin tags. My insurance won’t treat pre diabetes. Going to have to do it myself I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️
