It might seem like a "duh"
but "push-pull legs" was nothing less than a miracle for my lower body regimen.
Swimmer here.
Water is great for push-pull in general,
but land- lover weight training was the difference that made the difference. 👍

I prefer to spread my volume out throughout the week with four full body workouts. Two days are compound workouts where i focus on major lifts like the weighted pull up, weighted dip, squats, leg press etc. and two days where i focus on isolation exercises. Oftentimes i feel like people that do both on the same day can over do it. I use the soreness i may have accumulated the day prior as biofeedback on how much accessory work is actually necessary.

I found a guy on YT who had an idea on hyprid full body which really resonated with me.
3 days major muscles each and one one day full body.
I used to do full body all 4 days but it was really exhausting and demanding

I have a question. Why are push and pull exercises never mixed together? If in a card I have 4 pull exercises and the next day 4 push exercises, why can't I mix 2 and 2 and the next day do the other 2 and 2?
