It is a refreshing change to watch a chef actually prepare a dish from start to finish, as opposed to wasting minutes watching their precision placement of fiddly bits with micro-tweezers. BRAVO!

As a chef for 42 years..when she was smiling i could tell she knew the dish was coming together..the smell..soon to be plating it up..a very delicious meal. BON APPÉTIT.

What more can one ask for in this crazy world we live in - a skilled beautiful feminine chef, clean kitchen, good equipment (all Italian I assume😏), quiet, delicious food, awsome restaurant setting....civility! 👍

This beautiful lady is a master. You can tell she made this dish a thousand times. The high quality spaghetti usually take 10 minutes to cook and she took them out exactly a minute or two before and finnish them in the pan. Perfect timing without checking the clock.

So young and pretty, she makes my heart skip a beat! I was like that forty years ago, young and confident in the kitchen. It is such a joy to see my grandkids generation carry on like this. Much love to you Chef.

This why we rarely go to restaurants any longer. I've learned to elevate my Italian and Mediterranean dishes to another level during the pandemic. It's a joy to cook and serve. It's painting with flavors...
On another note, for those who comment about her smile, that's what people look like when they don't get up in the morning with anger, concerns. Not having to survive on minimum wage or tips and to live with 3 roommates to have a roof over your head. When you don't have to worry about access to quality education and health care. And have at least 6 weeks a year paid vacation + official holidays. When you work to live and not live to work. I could go on, but you get the idea.
