Dear Chef Jean-Pierre, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you explaining everything you do in DETAIL! I am a person that wants to always know why. My father passed away at the age of 93. He was Swiss and was raised in Neice France and graduated from Hotel school in Neice. You have no idea how much you remind me of him. My father was quite successful as being a chef. When I watch your cooking shows I compare many things you do with what my father taught me. I must say everything you do is "SPOT ON". I hope the people out there appreciate what you do because cooking is an art, and if you want to be good at anything in life it takes "PASSION".
