My wife and I have been following your video where you do swings for 12 minutes. We have been following this almost daily for about 3 months and it is working great for us. We are in our 70’s so we don’t use the weight that you do but we do complete 20-22 swings per round and it is helping us with weight loss and muscle strength. Thanks so much for posting the kettlebell workout video in this follow along format so that we can do this in our home in front of the tv.

I am so encouraged. I was diagnosed with ankle Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. I’ve been struggling with finding an exercise I can do & one I enjoy. I did the kettlebell swing workout today & felt my heart rate increase with zero pain in my ankle. Thanks for the post.
