I always check your videos because you're so pretty, but those chickpeas look so good that I'm going to try them out when the supermarket opens. I also have those roasted mushrooms in mind from a little while back.

They look amazing - unfortunately when I tried them they ended up shrinking in size and being a bit too hard (still crunchy, but a bit too hard for a snack, yo know what I mean? haha) - any recommendations? :)
