Because of summer I want to "slim down" a bit with your tip but still maintain my muscles, so I reduce the size of my meals or don't put too much pb on my porridge🤭 and it works!!!! I am very happy with my body and I don't miss anything. I also workout very early in the morning, bc. of you and can get a lot more out of my day. So you are such a great inspiration to me❤

Ugh I miss my workout routines back when I was on fire training regularly. I fell off HARD and just getting back to the basics of training now. Great video and amazing physique!

Hey Sophie! I am on week 4 of your workout program I’m doing the advanced version. I’m struggling because I want to gain muscle in my butt and stay strong in my arms however I’m worried my arms will get bulky…how do I make sure I can keep lean arms when trying to do this workout program? Thank you so much I love this program so far 💜
