Wow I could’ve used this when I was a beginner. Most of the “beginner” plans are too complicated and super unrealistic to the point where injury is guaranteed. This is the best I’ve seen so far

Thats nice and all but i think just running will work. Run and till u cant anymore and then a lil more. Rest for a bit and run some more. Eventually you will last longer

If you need this video or this instruction you’re just really lazy and unmotivated. There is no weird formula. To get better at running you simply become healthy and run more.
