2. Set your running clothes out the night before.
3. Get a running buddy.

4. Use beginner workouts (Run-Walk method).
5. Add in strength training.
6. Hold yourself accountable (Write down your goals, sign up for a 5k, share your progress online).

For this year I've challenged myself to run 5 days a week. Ran alternate days before.. so 3/4 times each week (since July) but this year I'm going to try running consecutive days. Have only marginally improved my pace since I started in July but I feel so much fitter and my endurance has increased so much!

I've been running for over twenty years. Only have felt runners high once. I was in a self-destructive mood. Ran ten miles, the faster I ran the easiest it got, until I didn't feel like anything. I have tried but have never felt it How do you attain runners Thanks coach

I have joined a running challenge for January. I have ran 40 miles since the new year but hips are sore. Watch my posture but why am I sore.
I run walk to warm up but @6' 220 I can't keep running for longer then 30 min. I lift but really love running. 💪

I started off walking and after a few weeks i felt it was very easy so i started jogging. I can now jog 2 minutes then walk 30 seconds for about 20 minutes. I have some pain in shins but not as bad so I'm hoping i can work my way to running the whole time.
