READ THIS: You can of course workout to get an hourglass shape. But keep in mind that when you are a girl and still UNDER the age of 13, that your body is still in development. You WILL get these curves when you get older. I got my curves when i was 15. And i tried working out to get them but nothing worked.

Doing this every day for a week I’ll keep updating
Day 1: did it can see much Cus I just started and a bit hard to do✅
Day 2: same as day one but a lil bit easier to do ✅
Day 3: did it again a lil bit easier than before but still hurts✅
Day 4: very easy this time still hurts a bit but not as hard✅
Day5: ALOT easier I can see a lil better if the hourglass✅
Day6:doesn’t hurt that much and I can see the hourglass shape✅
Day7: finally day 7 it is soo easy to do and I can sort of see the hour glass but if you want to get one maybe do it for longer✅

As a Gymbro the only way to get a hourglass figure is through:
1. Genetics 🧬
2. Strength Training 🏋️examples include: (Rdls, Hip Thrusts, Good Mornings, Deadlifts, Bulgarian Split Squats and Squats. Back Workouts include: Pull-ups, lat pulldowns, barbell rows for upper back. Y raises for better posture)
3. A balanced diet (no junk food)
There is no other way to get a hourglass figure, don’t believe all that bs you see on the internet.

I see a lot of people in the comments saying that they got it from this workout but I don’t think it’s this one specifically I just think it’s because they weren’t working out before that the same happened to me when I did Daisy keech hourglass workout I didn’t do ab workouts before that so you can just choose an ab workout and be consistent for 7 days I promise you results will come and I work out everyday with 1-2 rest days but it’s at home I promise results will come❤

Imma definitely do this and just eat like 300 cal tops. Of just protein. Ima get the hourglass, clear skin, long hair. And be in my most feminine era.

I am also trying to this everyday for 1 to 2 weeks. So I don't please support me and pray for me 🙏😅. Because I am suffering from body shaming 😢. So I am not only doing this 20 or 30 times I am trying to do this 50 to 100 times every day 😅. I am also doing bicycle crunches.

Dont trust this video please its ridiculos just go to the gym and wokout your lower body and your back so that your waist seems smaller, also dont starve yourself that is not atractive you will just get skinny and unhealthy it takes years to achieve it too
