Okayyy im gonna try this for two weeks please give me reminders🙏💗
Day one post workout stats:
Completed - ✅
Time taken - roughly 10 minutes
Post workout heartbeat - 151 bpm ish
Pain - 5/10 (although I’m pretty sure I didn’t do some things right)
Results - it was the first day so there weren’t any visible results
Day - Thursday
(I did this at work out at night, but I’d like to do it twice per day)
Completed - ✅
Time taken - not counted because I was at the gym and did things in between
Post workout heartbeat -171 bpm
Results - I did this after a weekend break so there weren’t many visible results
Pain - 3 /10
Day - Monday
(I didn’t put as much effort into today because beforehand I did a 20 minute sprint/jog so I was tired)
Completed - ✅
Time taken - around 9 minutes
Post workout heartbeat - 164
Pain - 8 / 10 when I’m doing the workout 7/10 post
Results - not that many visible results
Day - Tuesday
(I added the 40 squats to this day because I didn’t do like workout yesterday)
Completed - ✅
Time taken - almost 13 minutes
Post workout heartbeat - 143
Pain - 6/10 especially in my legs
Results - I feel like I’m seeing some mild results.
Day - Wednesday
(I did the leg workout today and it killed me 😭🙏)

LITTLE UPDATE TWO MONTHS LATER ❤❤
I have done this workout some days on and off with the addition of track last week. I currently have an hour class figure with a fairly flat stomach and I get so many compliments on my body shape. I would definitely recommend and I think I would’ve gotten even better results if I did the workout more consistently. You guys got this, but you’re perfect the way you are and I will update more in the comments if I try this out again. ❤❤

Doing this for month

Day 1✅️ Went smoothly
Day 2✅️went more smooth since I usually do other excersises first before this but this was first
Day3 ✅️ Seeing little curves 😍 was a bit bloated though, went smoothly
Day4✅️extremely easy so i did all the excersises 3 times, nothing changed in my body.
Day 5✅️ Was easy so did 3 times, no changes except I'm losing fat ALOT of fat.
Day 6✅️ Did it 3 times since easy nothikg changed

Day 7✅️ Every morning i lose all of my fat (Fast metabolism)

Day 8❌️ Bloated + lazy

Day 9 ❌️ Bloated + lazy

Day 10✅️
Wont say anything until i see changes
Day 11✅️
Day 12✅️
Day 13✅️
Day 14✅️


I called it quits, yeah I made alot of progress, fat loss weight loss and I got the body I wanted! My classmates all said I have an hourglass body

Edit: btw u lose lots of weight if u do this consistently for a while. After u eat more u gain weight and doing this gives u good metabolism

going to do this for 2 weeks and tell you how it went

day 1: their was not alot of difference but i noticed my hips lost alot of weight

day 2: i noticed some difference my body was shaping to my dreams it wasnt as hard to the workout i was doin this workout routine 2 times a day too.

Tip: if you stretch you wont be as sore. and the pain level in probably a 5/10

day 3: my body was a hourglass body but it got easier to do the workouts I was still wide in the waist though


day 4: i had a hourglass body but my thighs were still chunkey

day 5: I had to skip bc of a road trip

sorry but i got a new phone a few days ago and didnt post anything but i have been doing this workout routine EVERYDAY and it works SOO good but honestly u can do more workouts than this and get a hourglass figure faster

Me two months ago :

Try all i can to have hourglass.
Results: lose 7 kg (proud of myself)


A month later:
Mom brought a not finished kfc.
Results: gain 3 kgs

DAY1- was soo sore, I was
productive. I didn’t have dumbbells so I used water bottles. I drank a peanut butter shake. But I wont skip dairy. Keep reminding me guyss!
*REST*(*2 DAYS*)
*DAY2*- umm was good and started loving the routine.*I got the shape but I was still fat.
*DAY3*- Okkk this was good now. Still as day 2. I want a slim tummy too🤧
*DAY4*- I was out of station but still did these. Uh I was soooo tired so skipped the last 2. No difference 4 today.
