If your destination is determined "In some sense" before the foundation of the world, then how can you believe at the same time that you have free will?

Ephesians 1:11-12, The apostles, "having been predestined... [12] to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory." The apostles were the first to hope in Christ. The apostles are the "us" in Ephesians 1. Ephesians 1:9, "He made known to 'the apostles' the mystery of His will." Reformed Theology through the doctrine of Predestination elevates Gentile believers to the office of the apostles. It's heretical, bad hermeneutics, and against basic reading comprehension of Ephesians 1.
