This helps me so much each time I hear him share this answer. Assurance is always something I've struggled with, I don't have that "Christian' birthdate. But by God's grace I can look back and remember a time where I claimed to know and love Jesus but by the fruit of my life it was clear I had no love for him in my heart. Whereas now I know I have a love and affection for Jesus and have truly turned to him as Lord of my life. And there is such a difference in my desire to know, love, and obey him as compared to where I once was that praise God he has saved me.

I was saved about two months ago and I am So terrified that MOST the people I know don’t seem to be saved. It’s makes me nauseous and the Grief I feel is SOO deep. I’m not sure what to do now. I feel like our time is running out. How can I witness to those who say they believe but don’t act like it?
I have peace knowing God is the boss and I don’t have to control everything but use my 30 years of knowledge to teach mercy the way Jesus has taught me. Pray for me

I know i am saved because of what Jesus did for me, He shed his blood for the forgiveness of all of my sins, was buried and rose again on the third day.
There is nothing i can do to save myself.
It's the most beautiful thing in existence, and He deserves all the glory.

Salvation is not based upon my love for Him-but His love for me...which I cannot purchase, obtain, or attain to...and it's because of His love for me, that's what produces within me, my love for Him. HALLELUJAH!
