Makes total sense. I tend to go off the wagon by "intuitively" eating but now I know to be prepared and to change behavior for life, and not to see it as a temporary thing. Thank you! :)

The water weight thing is so true and very scary to the uninformed individual. I gained 5 pounds over 3 days and thought I fawked up bad, 2 days back on track and it was all gone. 😅

That's my problem too. I can't maintain my weight. It's always those pesky 10-12 lbs that keep going up and down. Once I lose the weight I figure I can cheat here and there and everywhere without any significant change. Within a few days, my weight is right back to what it was (majority being sodium like you've mentioned). Since I am already at a healthy weight range, my body is fighting to hold on to every pound. Now that I am in my late 30s, it's not as easy as it used to be when I was in my 20s. I got to exercise even harder and keep an even closer eye on what I eat. I really have to start meal prepping again. Great video! Thanks for the helpful tips!

Once a week I go to Burger King. I get 2 whopper Jr’s without cheese. This meal contains almost 700 calories. Knowing I’m going to do this every week helps me stay on track because I earn it via a calorie deficit and it gets rid of most of my temptations through the week. Basically it’s a salad. Lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. Incorporate this meal into your daily caloric limit and you’ll be surprised how much other food temptations go away because you’ll earn that day of eating BK!

I’ve seen the scale move up 5-7 lbs after a weekend after a couple low card high intense training days go back down to normal

This is a great short video. This is the problem for many. I’m 5’3 and ranging around 120-124. But I went down to 110 when I did a cut two years ago, the problem was that I used an all or nothing approach. This approach is a recipe for disaster. The maintenance phase becomes almost impossible. I want to sign up for coaching with your team during this transformation challenge I’m just having a hard time selecting a coach. Any suggestions for a mom of 3 with a full time marriage and job ? 😊
