I ate lots of eggs for awhile. My HDL cholesterol went up for the first time

But what type of cholesterol does it raise? HDL? That is good. Also... LDL comes in different types....large fluffy...is good and not damaged. Then there is the small, damaged LDL. It is damaged from sugar, insulin resistance, stress. Now cholesterol shows up at the accident site to help healing. The cause of plaque is inflammation, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress. Anyway....u want high HDL and u dont want small damaged LDL. This does not get re absorbed. Doesnt fit into the system. Have to really look at full picture not just part. Bog picture. Time to learn a lot more and then come back. Eggs are good...great nutritional profile. Keep studying. More to it. Cholesterol is not really bad...only if you create that situation. Get HDL up, triglycerides down. And dont damage your LDL. Need inflammation down, insulin sensitivity up, and oxidative stress down. That is the main thing. And get good nutrients, exercise, rest. Big picture.
The chronic inflammation associated w insulin resistance and oxidative stress ..strong correlation btwn this and cardiovascular disease! Tired of the incomplete picture.

Thank you for this. Doctor can you comment on cholestrol impact of only consuming egg whites. As a vegetarian, i rely a lot of egg-whites for protein and want to understand the impact of cholestrol with egg-whites
