There's videos from cardiologist that performed heart surgeries, that have said most of their patients had normal levels of cholesterol, but were type 2 diabetics. They believed it's sugar that's causing majority of heart disease. You can research it and see for yourself.

I’m 25, in shape (gym 5-6 Days a week ), I eat no seed oils, I eat grass fed beef & eggs from my chickens. I’m pretty ripped from going to the gym so often, my skin is healthy, but my doc wanted me to get on cholesterol medication cause it was high🤣 I said absolutely not.

I’m 48yo, 11.6% BF, just did my VO2 max and scored a 52.2. My cholesterol is 244, LDL 158, HDL 79 and Tri 59. I feel great, still able to progress in my workouts at my age. Gym 5 times a week, HIIT 2x a week, plus 10k steps each day on top.

I'm a lean mass hyper responder with total cholesterol between 300-400 the last 5 years. CAC score was 32. I'm not obese, not a type 2 diabetic nor do I have heart disease. Eat meat and animal fat.

My doctor wanted to see me urgently and talk about my lifestyle because my cholesterol was a little over 200. I stopped going to them, and this is a holistic clinic.

I honestly can’t tell you how many times my “doctors “ have been horribly wrong and now because I continue to ignore them. I am in the best shape of my life thank s to Paul Saladino. I am feeling amazing.
No medication!!!!

In the 60s, they said that 222 was a good level. Cancer does not exist in people with high cholesterol. In cancer patients, those with low cholesterol did not survive.

Having been a registered nurse for 38 years, I have heard all the narratives. Never bought into them. I have researched the issues extensively and have fought with PCP for years over my refusal to ever take statins. My husband had been on them at one point and the side effects were terrible. Weaned him off and he is good. There are doctors who know the truth about cholesterol and how it works. I'm so thankful for their honesty and stand on these issues. Learned too, about the CRISK factor in the cholesterol lab tests. Good indicator that you're ok ! So thankful for doctors who don't buy into the deceptions and don't accept the pharmaceutical manipulations for financial benefits.

60 y.o. lifetime bodybuilder. Last 1.5 years at least, I've eaten steak, whole eggs, butter, avocado, and almonds daily. I've never been this lean since I stopped competing. And I'm more energetic.

As you may already be aware, if there is genuine concern, a Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) scan should be considered. I recently read about a case where an individual had a cholesterol level of 500 without any adverse effects. It's the harmful, oxidized, damaged, smaller, calcified LDL that poses a risk, which is often caused by seed oils and sugar, according to my research.

Amen that’s right!!! Dr tried telling me at 222 my cholesterol was high. I don’t sweat it because I know I’m healthy!! 💪🏻❤️

I consider myself metabolically healthy 31 years old. I strength train and do HIIT sessions every week. I’m not over weight not even close - 6’3” and 185lbs. Total cholesterol is 311, triglycerides were 71, LDL was 223. My doctor is freaking out and tells me to go on a statin- I refused. I feel great though, best I’ve felt in a while since going Animal Based! Anyone else have such high total cholesterol?

Getting vitamin D raises LDL cholesterol and all your cell membranes are made of cholesterol, and the fact that vitamin D, Testosterone are made of cholesterol were really eye opening for me personally

Been animal based for 3 years now. Grateful for Paul I'm a young 30s, till I started doing animal based and doing it proper. My stomach was killing me, that and fodmaps sheet helped me eliminate things from my diet. Thank you sir Paul

Well, merely elevated levels of LDL don't diagnose the metabolic syndrome X known to be associated with increased cardiovascular risk. You must have hypertension, hyperglycemia and a high abdominal girth along with high LDL.

My sources of fat are mostly animal - I eat butter by the slice 😋
Occasionally, I only use extra virgin olive oil, or eat an avocado.
Have less than 50g carbs most days, with the occasional slip once or twice a month.
Walk 2-3 times/week, or do some Pilates.

My cholesterol is sky high, but good cholesterol is above bad cholesterol, and my triglycerides are way below range.

Not worried at all! 😁
