Mario can you do a episode on difference between loose skin and bodyfat. My lower ab and midsection used to be lean now there's alot of bodyfat or looks like loose skin not sure which one im 32 yrs old and highest weight i been is about 15-20 pounds overweight at most thanks much if you read this

When I'm at the gym I often hear people labeling certain foodgroups as "bad" or "good". I think a lot of them think, that eating healty equals being lean, and I also think after they torture themselves for months they just overfeed themselves with all the unhealthy foods, thinking that because healthy diet didn't make them lean it's not worth the cravings.

I think counting calories, and a well balanced flexible dieting is pretty much the answer to all the suffering and cravings. Then again, its just my oppinion.

I am so freaking bored of saying the same things again and again to beginners. No matter what, they WANT to make those mistakes ignoring anyone else, although they come for advises. They just try to find the magic super rare complicated way for losing fat. Good job Mario, nice advises.

I need to watch this after class because I’m frustrated AF with my weight loss journey. TDEE 2226, consuming 1400-1600 daily, working out 4 days a week cardio and weights for a month, measure out my food and 2 pounds are going up and down. WHAT THE 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
