Gyno is the best thing that ever happened to me. I had it ever since I was 12 and it was so bad. This made me so insecure that it urged me to workout and improve my physique. I'm 18 now and I still have it, but it isn't that noticeable anymore. After having built my body especially my chest, it completely made the deformity caused by the gland to be insignificant. Now I'm pretty much in great shape, which gives me confidence and even have people impressed when I take my shirt off.

The point is instead of beating yourself up, try to at least do something about it. It might not guarantee your gyno would go away, but at least you took the chance and on the process of doing so you made yourself look better. If you have the money then for sure go get surgery. I'm talking to the people who are where I was six years ago. If you really want it gone you'd go workout, and take the chance instead of doing nothing about it and continue being insecure.

Let me get this straight. He may not have phrased his title accurately, but his intention here to to help u have a much more firmer chest. Gyno by itself is a gland, which is located under ur nipple. Its average size is the size of ur palm. Surrounding the gyno, u have ur chest fat. Gyno cannot go away naturally, it can only be removed thru surgery. The aim here is to build chest muscle and lose fat. Ull need to workout ur chest and do cardio. Chest fat doesnt go away just by doing chest workout, spot reduction is not possible unless via surgery or liposuction. Just try out various form of cardio, be it steady state like jogginh or high intensity interval training like sprinting/skipping and ur whole body will burn fat including chest fat.

There are a lot of bodybuilders on here who know their stuff but medicine or physiology is not their field of expertise. Gynecomastia can't be helped by doing chest exercises. The routines will build the muscle but it wont shift the excessive fat covering the muscle. Some of the stuff on here really is helpful but much of it isnt. Do the research people. Thats all ya gotta do.

Thank you for your useful video, but I don't think pushups will ever remove gynecomastia, probably slight fats around the gland but it is purely medial issue that needs to have an operation to remove it, it is related to hormones imbalance issues.
But thanks for the video, appreciate it.

So 13 days ago I started doing 100 push-ups per day for 30 days, and I don't feel like it's making my man boobs smaller, I also have gynecomastia, and I feel like nothing is happening, I will start doing these different types of push-ups but do you have any other tips on getting rid of gynecomastia faster? I really need some advice

If you have fat in your chest this work out will do fine. but if its gyno go for nolvadex or aremidex

Hi Gary,
I have currently split my chest training in 2 with half on a Monday and half on a Friday and don't want to overtrain
Will this cause me to overtrain if I add this in on either a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday?
