As a single mom, so many of my meals are just..feed the kids. When I'm alone, I usually don't bother with food much at all (BAD!) because it seems so silly, but EVERY time I watch one of your vlogs you remind me that I am worth fueling my body in a delicious way, and that cooking for one isn't so bad.
