Nightwing slamming his shoulder into a pillar and rolling it back in place manually looked more comfortable than what this doctor did.

i have done it by running and throwing my shoulder into the corner of a wall a few times (f-5 tornado in joplin at the time so travelling anywhere was sort of out of the question at that moment, otherwise i definitely would have gotten proper medical help and not resorted to a barbarian wrestler move to fix it) worked but definitely wouldn't recommend as it hurt really bad and no guarantee you are even going to be able to do it yourself. That is what I get for being kind and catching a meat slicer that was falling off a counter in the deli i was working at to keep it from crushing my co-workers foot to pulp.

I watched my dad do this on a ski sloap once when I was a child. It was night, and we were in the middle of the mountain. The guy was in so much pain and couldn't get down the mountain. My dad's a doctor, and I grew up getting to watch him do amazing things. I wasted my younger years. I wish now I had followed in his footsteps

I had an anterior dislocation, so they had me lay down pull my arm out, slowly twisted my arm while lifting it up sideways and it popped back in. The sound is something I’ll never get out of my head, both when it dislocated and popped back in.

I've dislocated mine several times. I always put it back in myself with a little roll of the shoulder.

Este doc tiene razón a mi me ha pasado en varias oportunidades y lo he enderezado yo mismo con rotación suave sin nada de dolor, solo pequeña molestia.

Read in a book where the dude had dislocated his shoulder, the girl told him to put it straight up in front, to the side, and back down... Then checked him into a wall popping it in place. Surprisingly they did their research and it works

My shoulder used to pop out prior to me getting my surgery to prevent it from happening again. Prior to me having it, it had popped out so easily once I was legit stretching my arm out and some how popped it out of the socket

Pain is a learning lesson. It does the body and mind good.

Climber here. For people who have climbed and worked on mobility enough. If the shoulder pops out fully (incredibly difficult it usually clicks back in with a little wiggle) you need to do this. So I’m hoping that this guy is just an avid climber

Dude I don’t know how long I’ve been living like this but I think my shoulder has been dislocated for a while thanks for the stretches😃

I have extreme double jointed shoulders so they dislocate easily but on the other hand they're also very easy to relocate

I have a bad shoulder and it pops out easily- the best way Ive learned is to stay calm through the panic and pain, let the arm hang/dangle as I'm bent over and gently start turning (I think that's what this video is say) and it basically just slips back in

Grab something firm and ideally vertical with your hand. Turn away from your hand and walk a step or two. It pops right back in immediately. If you wait until it starts to swell it’s so much harder and may become impossible to grip and hold the door knob or railing you grabbed.

That's brutal. I've only had to do this once, I used nothing more than finger tips and bedside manners to create a calm atmosphere. She did most of it herself, I was only a guide

я обычно делекатно тянул вниз при вывехе, желательно использовать упор под подмышочную впадину, уже много лет нет вывехов така как прооперировали оба плеча .
