у меня аж волосы дыбом встали.Никогда слава Богу такой фигни не было, но прям прочувствовал эти режущие ощущения от удаления чего то подобного из под кожи.

Hair stuck in your feet is wild to me. Probably because I never seen anything like that before.

I’ve heard this is a common thing for barbers. Loose hair just decides to make a home essentially.

I used to get hair slivers in my feet all the time when I was hair dressing.

That doctor sounds exactly like Nicolas Cage in 'Peggy Sue Got Married'.

That’s a hair splinter, I was a victim of a hair splinter but you don’t need to go to a doctor for it to get removed but it hurt like hell

Probably not an ingrown hair but a hairsplinter. Hairs can literaly work their way into the skin when you hit them just right. Barbers know all about this issue.

Being a farmer salone owner and stylist. Cutting and styling hair I had hair splinters in my feet tummy and my breast. They can hurt., I've gotten a lot of them out over the years I worked.

We call that erythema. Because if we called it "redness" we couldn't charge $200 for the diagnosis.
