It's extremely easy to tell if it's fake because once a tick is that big the legs would've been extremely noticable. These are just beans with glue which you can also tell when one of them flipped upside down and showed a massive circle of dried up glue on it.

Defs fake. There’s no legs and no big red spot when removed. When I once had a tick removed, it left a big red spot. And that was just one.

Soy latino y crecí en el campo, y un tiempo cuidé vacas que generalmente eran atacadas por garrapatas, así que le aclararé unas cositas del video
1- Las garrapatas realmente si pueden crecer de ese tamaño e incluso pueden ser un poquito mas grandes
2-Las garrapatas se adhieren a la piel, y generalmente lo hacen tan fuerte que cuando lo saco de la vaca (al menos cusndo estan en ese tamaño) casi siempre salen con un pedazo de piel de la misma vaca
3-En ese ramaño es casi imposible que puedan caminar por el cuerpo, así que es imposible que esa persona se haya infectado sin darse cuenta

En conclusion, es muy probable que el video sea falso, pero si hizo un buén trabajo
