Nice routine Chris. Here is a tip for a better back bridge: When you have tight shoulders, try elevating your feet instead of you hands. Feet on blocks, staircase or chair. You will get more height and be able to straighten your arms way more!

Amazing video, I always look forward to your videos. Chris, your workouts opened the door and road to recovery to me in scoliosis. Iam literally after 1 year almost a person with no scoliosis and a bigger and stronger beast thanks to you. You are like a brother to me 🤩. My nieces who are 5 year old and a 3 year old also workout with me as I follow along your youtube workouts, they can even wall walk now 😁

Nice, bro. I saw for contortionist with Ulzii Bayar. Absolutely really hard for split, but I can't straddle, middle split, front split, standing split and handstand split for the last 5 months, you know, so I just wanna exercise stretch at home and strength training in the gym, I am trying to be flexibility every single day. It's so tall for split. That being said, I am so proud of you to be aesthetic and shred, well done, Heria. I see you really soon.👍👊🔥🔥
