I've been sending these to a friend at work who's on the small side but he's trying to put on some mass and he's just so tired of scarfing loads of meat. He's really loved your bulk series and has made the pasta and beans and the hambulker helper.

I love these baked oat slices, I eat them all of the time. The most underrated ingredient for them is canned prunes (pitted and chopped), especially in the chocolate versions. Mix them with some canned apples or apple sauce and it gives it a really nice rich flavour.

I just made this and I added blueberries to mine. I just cut it into 6 pieces because I was confused on how tf you made 5. Now after finding this video it makes sense 😂🤷🏾‍♀️ it all worked out it’s fine. Love your recipes I’ve made two so far that have been really good.

Recently started weight loss journey and been going to gym consistently for a couple months now. Spoke to dietician and was told I need to be eating 3400 calories to lose weight and found it hard to find healthy meals to use to fill calories. Thank you for this vid.

Finishing my third week of this and will be making again and again and again. So easy and so good. I dumped blueberries in right before pouring into the pan then put some on top before baking. Also dropped the pb topping because I'm lazy and just use syrup every morning.
