Reishi mushroom is the most powerful adaptogen I've ever tried, I took double the dose the first day and my stress levels where flat line the whole day it was impossible to stress even though I wanted to. Highly recommended

Hormonal Balance: Holy Basil
Parasympathetic Nervous system: ALL
Thyroid: Ashwagandha
Digestion & Ulcers: Licorice root, Astragalus
Dampness: Astragalus

===definitions===
Endurance - One's energy day to day and during exercise
Adrenal Fatigue - Outbursts, low energy even after full sleep, rattled easily, outbursts, 2 o'clock coma, thyroid issues, lack of motivation
Hormonal Balance - PCOS, PMS, Menopause
Dampness - loose stool, candida, white coating on tongue, dry up excess mucus and fluid


Going off of what I learned in this video, I will be trying Ashwagandha and Schisandra!

Just finished a three month course of ksm-66 Ashwaghanda, it truly is a life changer. I was a train wreck of anxiety, depression, and stress three months ago. After a few weeks of taking it, I found the energy and motivation to go back on my intermittent fasting diet, started keto, dropped fifty pounds, started going to the gym regularly to put on muscle. Wish I had found this video three years ago.

I believe I have adrenal fatigue. A couple years ago I was always pounding energy drinks and doing multiple scoops of pre-workout drinks cause I didn’t feel anything on just one scoop and I could sleep even after drinking a monster or red bull along with the stress of my ex wife going behind my back and seeing someone else which was the result of me divorcing her along with losing quite a bit of weight. So now I believe I have major adrenal fatigue I only sleep four hours at a time and can’t sleep anymore than that and still feel tired even if I try to go back to sleep so I’ve been taking ashwagandha, fish oil, bioastin and collagen as well as probiotics lately so hopefully in a few weeks to a month I start feeling the benefits from it. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

i was a chronic heavy alcoholic....lately i have stopped..drinking....whixh has resulted in extreme dopaminergic depression....low mood motivation... nil sex drive and high mental fog....after extensive research ....i came to know about Rhodiola....what a herb my god??~it not only helped in my depression but olso in my joint pains???~

I have Adrenal Insufficiency due to a active pituitary tumor that has been removed.
I just ordered Reishi to see if it helps me out, I normally take 5 MG of steroid per day. So I want to see if this helps. A literal study has been on me at MD Anderson Medical. I had the best team of doctors working on me. I am now 50 and feel it bad now. So I will see if this will help me out. I've done Ashwaganda but it is bad on the liver. So I stopped it.

U have helped me.so much with my leaky gut problem...i was heading into the direction of lupus. Thanks to all.ur advice i was able to reverse that and my gut is healing. I am not there yet but i am doing soooo much better. God bless dr Axe!

I completely agree with reducing stress. If we don't deal with the stressors (many times they are within ourselves and we need to sort some emotions, relational expectations, healthy boundaries etc) then all the herbs you can take in the world cannot cure you. You have to deal with your mind, needs, expectations, and emotions also purge or heal unhealthy relationships to be physically well too.

I have tried Maca, ashwaganda, holy basil and reishi daily for 3 weeks but they only work properly if and only if I have my 8 hours of sleep. Whenever I sleep less than 8 hours, I feel their efficiency only at 40% less
