Thank you so much. This explained very well. But I have a question. I had read about, collagen hasn't got cysteine or tryptophan amino acids. So if collagen lacks from cysteine amino acid how can it make disulfide bonding? Thank you for the video again.

Edit: I'm using Lehninger, Gartner and one another called Junqueira and Carneiro. There's another good book?
