Thank you for such a nicely done video, it's very inspiring and informative. I'm in my late 50's and dealing with some unwanted belly fat. I'm new to 5:2 and have finally put together a 500 calorie/day plan that allows me to get the most 'bang for my buck' and keep me feeling good throughout the day and night. Doing this is shrinking my appetite a little and I'm eating less on the other days as well. All the best to you Stephanie and to anyone reading this comment.

I connect to the message you're giving in this video. I had a hysterectomy at 38 years old and have been gaining weight ever since and I'm old now. Savoring food… yes! On my fast days I love to have a full bag of riced cauliflower and mix in a pouch of lemon pepper tuna.. = 180 total calories. I eat it slowly and savor every bite. I feel very satisfied after as a result of the low carb, high protein macros and eating very slowly. Thank you for sharing your experience and results! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thank you. Also had surgical menopause- I did the 5:2 a few years ago but you have inspired me to go again! I will watch this again to keep me motivated - if you do others, would it be possible to do it without the background music? I found it difficult to focus on your words with the music playing. Merci

I’m going to do this on Wednesdays and Fridays which are the traditional fasting days in my religion. Usually I eat plant-based with shellfish on those days, but I’m going to try eating only 500 calories in OMAD. Fasting days are all about prayer and focusing on God, so eating less will help me do that. And of course it’s good for my body! ☦️
