This is a great video. The points about commute, work environment, money, and experience are all important and when I was just trying to get my foot in the door I was not thinking about all of these important factors in tandem haha. I talk to friends that are a 10 minute drive, some even a 10 minute walk from their job and that sounds wonderful. 😅 turnover is such a great indicator because if they're struggling to keep people, you likely will run into the same problem as the others (ie, lack of vertical or horizontal movement opportunities, micromanagement, disorganzation, lack of upper management response to feedback)😮‍💨
