2 weeks sober ! Quit nicotine and Thc and adult Media :) I’m 19 and realized I needed to make changes before things get worse and you’ve helped so much !!

Edit : Just turned 21 and have been THC and Nicotine free since this comment ! My biggest addiction and the one im still fighting is Adult media.. It's so easy to fall back esepically on days when you're at home living by yourself. I find going to the gym, going out on car drives and maybe calling someone to chat and detour yourself from ill thoughts can help a lot.. anyways thank for all the cheers and motivation hope you guys get through your own challenges as well :)

Went to the library for the first time in years to just sit down and read. Brought me back to when reading was my addiction before weed ever came into my life. I forgot the feeling and today it brought me back. Tomorrow I will go again. Hopefully this helps with not smoking and getting back to my old love which is books

I'm a week in cold turkey and am convinced that it's the only way to quit cause every time I trusted myself a little and gave an inch, addiction took a mile. And it's such easy access here in Canada there's a store in every corner so 100% the only way to stop is to be sure you will never do it again.

I can't smoke, drink, or look at pornography because I choose to be more mentally, physically, emotionally present for my wife and son as well as everyone else in my life. They deserve the real me. And I deserve to challenge myself, seeking the path to my full potential. God is good. God bless you all.

I smoked everyday probably twice a day. took a trip to Portugal and Egypt. Didn’t have it for 10 days, seeing how poor Egypt was. Seeing people happy no matter what they were going thru. Made me think damn I don’t need weed. Only regret was not being able to take enough money to hand out to people. Only if I didn’t smoke weed before, I would’ve had the money to hand out.

Glad I’m 6 days away from a month. I will probably smoke later on but not everyday.

Smoking all the time, I would always think what my next move would be without taking action.

Now I just do my next move without having to always think about it.

I sleep better, I breathe better, going to save more.

I just want to be able to sleep without my mind thinking I need to smoke, my anxiety and overthinking at night has been impacted by weed usage. I’ve tapered my use to mainly nighttime but as a daily user who started a new job and wanted to be free of my addictions I want to quit for myself and those around me. I really want to experience happiness and be able to do activities without smoking beforehand.

2 mins sober. Pray for me people. Going on holiday to a country which has no weed. Either I come back in a straight jacket or I come back as a new man

""71 days sober"" and clean from 'weedly deedly" the commitment was easy - the struggle was fighting myself against all the excuses I had. I picked a couple of areas that had been a challenge, primarily physical issues that always okay'd my use . Then weighed them against a couple of benefits. Benefits won. Dr. Frank you helped another individual become a much better person . All props to you . Big Hugs to everyone fighting the struggle of addiction .

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate hearing that you didn't want to stop. It truly does come to a point where you're like, " Do I keep going and stay miserably stagnant, or shall I put myself in an uncomfortable situation and do what I know would serve my greatest good in the future!?" I'm about to give this a GO this week. Thank you for the very rREAL AND RARE motivation, your story is incredible. If you can do it, I can

I’ve been selling life insurance for almost a year now, weed has been the #1 factor why I’m not doing as well as I should be. Only came to this realization 4 days ago. Been clean for 2 days going on 3. I’m excited to see what my fully sober brain can do in the field because I haven’t been sober for more than a week for the last 3-5 years! LETS GET IT

I don't wanna feel "dirty" anymore. Waking up after a night of heavy drinking, feeling like SHIT! Feeling "dirty" in my lungs from smoking, worrying about money because of cigs and beer, and when I drink and smoke I also want junk food. It's killing me financially AND physically. This time, I AM doing it. Finally ready, finally committed. Tomorrow is my birthday, I'll be 46, and I'm also getting a puppy, I am SOOOO excited for her... I am done with all these NASTY, dirty bad and disgusting habits. Tomorrow is a new day. Not failing this time. My mind is set. I am ready. Thank you, Dr. Frank for this video, which I've watched many times. This time, I'm truly committed.

Im 4 days sober I relapsed. I was 12 days clean from weed, then I got a job and wanted to celebrate, and I regretted it 100%. I am now 4 days sober and still going strong! everything you are saying is facts. I gave weed enough of my time, energy and money! I want to focus on other hobbies. I still need to push my self to go to the gym haha
