Almost two weeks in because of you. The hate for what I’ve done to myself is keeping me from relapsing.
Update: After seven months. So worth it.

I’m 56 years old, I’ve been smoking weed for about 38 years. I decided to stop smoking weed during this Ramadan. The first 10 days were awfull. But now, after after about 3 weeks, I’m happy again. No more depressions, no more dark thoughts, I started singing and laughing again, I feel alive again. Allah has given me the strength to hold on, and your motivational videos also helped me a lot. So I’m happy I found this channel, and I owe you a big thank you. I hope to have the strength to keep it up, but I realise now how badly addicted I was. Alhamdulillah for everything ❤️

I recently quit smoking weed I'm 35 been smoking since I was 16 consistently. Couldn't eat or sleep without it. I would get blowed and cry and pray to God to deliver me. In the middle of a party I literally was like yea this isn't fun anymore I quit that was October 27 I tried smoking like the next day it made me sick now I won't give in. No matter what I'm going through emotionally or in life. I know for everybody it's not the same but for me now I'm hungry for knowledge which I find weird but I'm back reading books and re learning myself. I'm so proud of me.

I’ve got about 6 days after 30 years. It’s been surprisingly easy - I guess you really have to be disgusted enough to quit. Good luck everybody
Look at the nasty tar in your accessories and smell that shit- that’s what your lungs look like🤢
The dreams have me waking up crying a lot and the sweats are bad but I don’t want that crap anymore. The amount of energy I have now is through the roof already - I’ve done more work this past week than the last few years - it’s crazy!

Day 3 going into Day 4 pros & cons!

Cons:
- Smokers Flu
- Nausea
- Loss of Appetite
- Insomnia
- Alone / Empty feeling
- During the day Restlessness
- Brain Fog / Millions of thoughts at once

Pros:
- More dedicated to getting something purposeful done because your reward system is being starved. Your ideas seem more believable to yourself and the feeling of doubt seems unreal because you proved to your mind that you can achieve something that you once perceived as unreal.
- More ENERGY
- Better sense of smell
- You communicate more organically because you aren’t high.
- Increase urged to do other healthy things to maximize potential and future benefits.

*This is not for the weak…I truly feel like anyone can say I quit but only 1% will go all out and do it. This is what separates the strong from the weak the rich from the poor. You have to choose what you love more your pleasures or your purpose. This ultimately determines who you become.

I've been sober from weed since July. Dr. Frank's videos helped me enormously. I feel so much better now! My focus, productivity and health are much better. That first week is the hardest. Once you get through that physical pain, the rest is a mental game. Soon enough you won't even think about weed. Sure, I think about it occasionally (like if I smell my neighbor smoking) but I have no desire to let that monkey on my back again. Freedom is glorious
