I’ve worked out since I was 14. I’m gonna be 25 in March. My gains have gotten me 0 girls.
Update: My gains have now gotten me one girl, and she is perfect, its all been worth it.

Honestly I mainly go to the gym now for my mental health. Getting those endorphins from my workouts and releasing my stress in a productive manner has been one of the best recent developments of my life. Every day that I go to the gym I consistently feel less and less like shit and even though my body hurts I'm happier than I've been in years.

The thing is you start going because you want to get laid and or are heart broken most of the time.
If you show up consistently the gains start showing up and then you go just because you love seeing the improvements on yourself, then the rest follows because you no longer care.

I mean... I have worked hard at the gym for a year (and my diet) and I get significantly more female attention AND the confidence to act on that. The 'working out' mindset is so incredibly positive that it seeps into and improves almost every aspect of your life, therefore enabling you to attract women of much higher value

I live in europe, i have a half asain friend so he is not the most attractive guy around here, since this community is really racist, so i introduced him to the gym cause he was really fat and a virgin at 20. I know he was really unhappy, so i did a couple hours long motivational speech and i got his attention. So we started to lift, the first year he lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscles so he became more confident too. From that one year mark he got a handful of chicks. After five years i never imagined he gonna glow up like this, im in a happy relationship for 8 years, and this guy had many many woman. Im so proud of him.

This is encouraging for me, because I am exercising every day consistently, but it is not crazy intense so I can still go to work.

I've always been pretty consistent, keeping up various forms of training,
but have to say I noticed more attention from the young chicas when I upped the intensity at the gym.
Don't even look much different, but def stronger; I'm thinking it's a 'vibe' thing.
