What do I eat every day when I am allergic to everything?

Since starting my Healing the Gut Journey I've had to cut out all of my food allergies (40+ foods), dairy, and sugar. So I've had to get pretty creative with eating and try to make my meals interesting and not so bland. It's a work in progress though, I'm hoping my meals can evolve and I can find more food I am able to eat.
