Having a baby requires muscles and tissues to stretch and expand. The good news is, your body is built to do this very well! When there is an awareness between the mind and pelvic floor, when women aren’t told how to push during labor, and they are allowed to wait till they experience the fetal ejection reflex, their bodies are going to be more primed for a labor and delivery that does not result in vaginal tearing.
