Boxing is the GOAT. Me and all my brothers were brought up boxing. I even competed in the Ohio Golden Gloves and got 3rd place when I was younger. I’m 38 now but would love to get back into it.

I started boxing training 12 months ago, I was 110kg now im 95kg, my Muy Thai boxing traininer is impressed with my results.
Even with heathy diet, walking, and supplements such a dramatic change.
Even my work colleague's say how fantastic i look 😊.

Punching bag in my home gym is sweet. I’m 70 and fit, yeah. Punching is great exercise and if I have to muscle memory to protect myself too. 👍

When I was smaller my parents bught me a lot of boxing stuff I was dum at that time and wanted more and now I’m glad I have this all I don’t want more

I want to gain weight as i am hardly 55 kg i just want to increase my weight i like boxing but would boxing make me leaner than healthy. i am very confused i love boxing but i want to get weight gain muscles too

My issue with Boxing is that they haven’t kept up to date with fitness and exercises and still use older versions that can injure rather than help.
