Ea app - No play option? How to open your already installed sims 4

Ea app - top left - settings - downloads - install location ((also could be in an Origin Games folder not EA games))
If you can not find the right folder.
If you have the sims 3 installed in the same location and still can not find the folder.
Sim3 - manage - view properties - that will show its location try there for the sims 4 folder too.
THIS IS ONLY IF THEY ARE INSTALLED BEFORE HAND THOUGH NOT FOR INSTALLING.

the problem i have is that i cant even access my email so i cant ever play again :)
