Yesterday i was on game setting and i clicked restore setting like 5 times and my game crashed and now when i try loading ing the sims with gshade, my game crashes, it doesnt even take me to the "My home" page.. I cant play the game without it, can you please help me fix it

Hello everyone. I'm playing on mac and have an old update (december 2023 apparently). I deleted the cache, reinstalled both the app and the game, contacted ea support team to no avail, deleted and remplaced the mods. I cleaned everything. My game will launch normally, both with or without mods, but the building tool stops working and the game starts completely lagging. Impossible to save or exit the game, I have to force to close. I cannot update the game as the ea app doesn't give me an option for that. I'm currently trying to repair ts4 once again, but I've lost hope... Does this happen to anyone else? Much love darlings!
