If this doesn't work for somebody then try this

Right-click de Windows logo and go to installed apps and and klik de button that normally use to uninstall an app, but instead choose repair. Click that and wait for it to finish and after that it should work

Ive tried literally anything but the launcher just won't install.. I keep getting error inst 3 1606 when trying to install the launcher. Any idea on how to fix it?
