I'm a 46 year old man who relies on HIIT, so that I can continue to enjoy tacos for many years to come. Started doing these Heather Videos a couple months back and now she is the only option because the workouts are so thorough and burn so many calories, as well as keep you toned. I'm roasted afterwards but I feel great and then I head for the taco shop. Thank you.

30-60 min no repeat workouts with weights are my FAVORITES!! I also adore the low impact no repeats for those days when I’m tired, sore or injured. You’ve gotten me through a few injuries in the past few years, so thank you!!

I love the no repeats. A 45 minute one, not including warm up and cool down would be great. I like a hour workout includes all. Thanks for your great work outs!! I appreciate what you do for others.
