Today I’m combining a series of moves from some of my favourite workouts! This no repeats HIIT workout means you only need to perform each exercise one time. So grab some weights and get ready for today’s sweaty mash up!

Workout Breakdown:

Amazing! Hiit, strength, some cardio bursts, enough rest in between to keep going but not let HR get too low and NO REPEATS! I may do this one weekly!

Another great workout. For those that want to have an idea of how much work it is- I burned 365 during warmup and workout (I didnt do cool down in favor of another workout). I'm 5'5", 140 lbs, and not super fit. Definitely recommend- it didn't seem like it was almost an hour.

This was hands down the best 1 hour workout i've ever done. The hour flew by, the exercises were fun and the intervals between working out certain body parts made it less challenging to get through. I absolutely see myself doing this workout several times a week. Thanks so much, Heather!!

This one was great. Saved it for total body next week. I love no repeats. Completely drenched HR164 Calories over 300. Good Sunday workout!

I really enjoyed this workout! I normally do 30 minute workouts but I've been pushing myself to increase my workouts to an hour long. This was my first one and although I started feeling restless at about 40 minutes in, the fact that there were no repeats helped keep me engaged. I get bored quick! I really enjoy Heather's workouts. Def one of the top people I turn to on youtube for a good sweat session!

Heather's workouts are simply THE BEST! Easy to follow, no talking, super effective. I lost 4kg doing just 30 minutes a day and look forward to a new workout every day. Also seems like a genuinely nice person, not self-absorbeb like most fitness models.

I love all your workouts, but specially the longer ones like this. You were a bless that I found during the quarentine and I just can´t spend a day without meeting you. Would be great if you could compile a few 1 hour intense sessions in a playlist. Just some really tough cardio and strength sessions. I have found that I still have a lot more left in me after a few of your workouts so sometimes I do two!
