Needed this video badly. I been trying to sit up straight here lately. Putting more focus on it than I ever have. I was naturally starting to figure out about this setting myself up for success thing, just from trial and error. I needed this video to drive home the point and to show me that I really needed to exaggerate that first step more. Thank you for this!

Okay this was the only actually helpful video - the others were lengthy and wordy and didn’t explain much. I have been trying to sit up straight but I was arching my back too much - starting to sit with the way you did it helped a ton! Thank you

Another great one ! My posture is starting to look like it did when I was 20 ! Cept I'm better now with all the other skills I've acquired lol
These videos have been like an absolute Godsend to me ! I do these exercises and follow these techniques religiously! Thank you thank you!!! Combine all that with getting to watch a pretty woman doin it and I've found my posture keeping home right here please and thank you Haha

Wow yout tip on folding your upper body first and then place it back up was super helpful. Thank you so much! I think that is the by far the best and easiest way to sit on the SITS bone. Brilliant!

My school has these horrible chairs that curve making it impossible to sit with good posture🤦‍♀️

Great advice! Thank you ...what's equally important is how to stand up from a sitting position.. I just learned to place my hands on my thighs, look up and then get up. I have a bulging disc I'm trying to prevent it from getting worse.

Really thank you, i was having trouble in sitting, my coccyx bone always hurt when i sit for long duration time, and now it was getting worse, i couldn't sit properly for 10 minutes, whenever i stand up after sitting my coccyx bone hurt very bad, i am going to try this sitting method and will try to make it habit to sit.

Any tips for artists/designers? I spend hours each day hunched over a desk drawing, I can't do it sitting upright. Have you any tips? I've tried using a raised drawing table but can't draw as well on it :( Back & neck are really suffering for it and i'm only 25.
