I broke up with alcohol. Three weeks ago! I feel alive!

I really needed to see this. I’ve been sober for over 16 years but my history of romantic relationships has remained the same. I learned in the last year, I still had deep seeded “daddy issues”. That’s a great way for me to measure any relationship moving forward, “do I feel good?”. Thank you so much! God please bless and heal everyone here!!❤🙏🏼

I am literally allergic to alcohol. I have a severe histamine intolerance and gluten allergy and alcohol is high in histamine especially beer and wine. It took 40 years to give up drinking booze and wine because of all the social pressure to drink. I am so much happier and healthier especially dating a man who also doesn’t drink at all 😊 find the people who support your personal goals and lifestyle and you will be much happier and healthier.

I love a beer with my friend.
My life would be poorer without that once per week

he just interprets brain scans to his prejudice. oh wo heavy metal and hiphop music is damaging brains and this guy can see it on brain I would question the science behind this. Same with the weed vs alcohol. He only mentions smokers. What about people who take edibles or vape. Just because a majority chooses to smoke weed and tobacco, does not mean, you can attribute these brainscans to the all thc consumption.
