I've never weighed my rice. I eat what i need to be satisfied. By the looks of it I'm not eating that much. Rice is great because its bland and filling so I don't actually want to eat too much.

Rice contains 80 percen carbohydrates, then it will be 77*80/100=61.6 grams and calories counts will be 61.6*4=246.4 calory

This is basmati rice which should have lower calories than other white rice; jasmine rice, Japanese sticky rice etc
