As a Persian, I cook rice with more water so it gets bigger, I've never microwaved it btw

Cauli rice is a game changer, 2 bags 60 calories from Tesco .
Use it in a chilli or a fajita style chicken dish . helped me lose 4 stone this year .

Oo in 125g cooked rice are around 170 calories oO well its less than 200 30 cal diff is quite a lot

Yea but after eating a huge bowl of cauliflower rice, I’m hungry an hour later. Eating regular rice gives me that fuller longer feeling

nice but how does it make you feel? isnt cauliflower mostly indegistible? not saying yoiu should eat rice either while dieting as it is basically sugar.but maybe you would prefer something inbetween such as beans or pasta

I do a recipe of minute rice with black beans, almond slices and half a package of tofu mixed with rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and stir fry sauce. This is enough for two servings.
