Alright quick tip, when you’re doing decline pushups, don’t focus on touching your chest to the ground as this results in arching your lower back. instead, contract your abs and squeeze your glutes, and think of bringing your chin to the ground regardless of whether or not your chest touches.

I’d actually recommend tackling this problem by using parallettes or push up bar handles in order to allow you to get a deeper stretch on your chest without shifting the focus to your shoulders or putting pressure on your lower back
