Getting used to decline push-ups is great, First time I did it was a few months ago and it was a bit hard now it gets easier the more you do it, It's greater to do it with weights

Both are beneficial as they help progress the upper and lower chest

Thank you so much for the bang-on topic description/comparison instead of 5-10 minute intro and exit blabbering. Respect 🤝

This is actually being described WRONG. Something that has gained Traction over the Years! Feet UP is actually INCLINE Movement whereas Feet Down is actually a Decline Movement! Think Incline Bench Press vs Decline Bench Press!

Fun fact, decline is actually what you see on top, incline is what you see on the bottom. Got the workouts backwards.

_What's the best ?, what would you choose ?_

This video is apparently wrong.

Incline push-ups primarily target the upper chest muscles. The upward angle of your body places more emphasis on the upper portion of the pectoralis major, particularly the clavicular head.

Decline push-ups, on the other hand, primarily target the lower chest muscles. The downward angle of your body shifts the focus to the lower portion of the pectoralis major.

While both exercises can engage the triceps and core muscles to a degree, the primary focus is on the chest muscles.

The push up versions are the inverse of the bench versions.
