Wow did this today. Must say I was scared as I have tried other of your workouts and had to quit, but guess what? I finished today. Those planks kicked my butt but I did the modified versions to survive. I am building up my fitness to boldly attempt and finish more of your workouts.😊

Little Tip:
Don't call it "...Kickback L" but "...L Kickback". Than everybody knows how to exactly perform the exercises with the left kickback. Otherwise people don't know exactly what is meant with L. Is meant to walk to L or is meant to push to L, to look to L...
Just for inspiration not for criticism. Cause I love those videos but often I don't know exactly to which direction to exercise and what exactly to do
