Maybe the one and only time tywin is left speechless and doesnt get the last sentence in the scene

The fact that this woman hasn't won a single award for her performance as Cersie Lannister is a crime in itself. Lena put her heart and soul into this character. 😕

I love how she’s saying they are all the ones that will wreck her last boy but ultimately she drives him to kill himself

Cersi mentioning how Tommen would be treated by Tywin and Margaery when in the end it was Cersi who did just that.

What I love in this scene, is that when Tywin says "I don't believe you", what he really means is "I don't want to believe you". Class A Scriptwriting.

Tywin is probably one of the strongest players in the Game of Thrones.

But he had one weakness. He was a bad father. He treated his children as just pawns on the chessboard. He didn’t know Jaime and Cersie were lovers because he didn’t care. He just wanted to control them.

So each of them rebelled against him. Which caused his downfall.

The irony of it all? Cersei is so passionate about “defending her children” when in reality, all her children are dead because of her.

If Cersei did tell everyone the truth, she, Jaime and her remaining two children would all be killed for being abominations. It really cements how she can never see beyond her own short-sighted pettiness nor conceive of how her poorly thought out actions could backfire on her so badly. That said, I am glad that she did throw that in Tywin's face; the war he fought, the quagmire of debt he sank his family further into and the crimes he committed against the Starks were all for nothing and based on a lie.

Tywin would have had fewer headaches if only he let go of his ego and named Tyrion as his heir. That man was the only true one of his children who could match Tywin's intelligence.

I love how Tywin’s, one of the most powerful person (if not the most) in Westeros, biggest fear and weakness is his reputation and legacy. Even with all his riches, armies, and intelligence, Cersei can see right through everything and knows that his whole life revolves around what people think of him. She knows where exactly to strike him, as she knows that she holds the key to the Lannister’s legacy; her children’s paternity/ legitimacy.
