Looks great but risky for someone with hip, lumbar, knee, ankle and foot issues.

Honestly the only way is to strengthen your legs. Taking longs walks and I mean super long walks will heal it. Just know it'll hurt in the beginning but push through it. You will no longer be in pain but just tired which is way better haha. Then you'll get used to it and you'll be back to normal once you strengthen up
